Festive Opening Hours this Christmas

December is one of the busiest times of the year for deliveries, and while our team is working hard to ensure your orders are dispatched promptly, there may be some delays due to increased demand and carrier schedules.

Here’s everything you need to know about placing orders and delivery times during the festive period:

• Orders placed before 1pm on Monday, 23rd December will aim to be delivered by 24th December.
• Orders placed after this time will be delivered on 6th, 7th, or 8th January.
• Normal delivery schedules will resume from Monday, 6th January.

These delivery times are subject to our usual terms and conditions. You can continue to place orders on our website throughout the festive season, and we’re committed to processing them as quickly as possible. However, your delivery timeline may be impacted due to high order volumes and potential delays with external couriers.

Christmas Closures

Our team will be taking a well-earned break from 5pm on Monday, 23rd December, and will be back to assist you on Thursday, 2nd January.

During this time, voicemail will be in operation, and emails will still be received; however, responses will not be made until we reopen.
