We pride ourselves on providing a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the UK with our shipping partners. Our delivery timescales are based on the order being placed and confirmed by 12 noon on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Scottish Highlands include AB31-56, FK17-21, IV1-40,52-54,63, KW1-14, PA21-40, and PH15-40,49-50.
Other UK Islands include BT, HS, IM, IV41-51,55,56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20,41-88, PH41-44, TR21-25, ZE and ZZ.
We currently do not deliver outside the UK, including British Overseas Territories.

Our shipping partners delivery dates are an estimate and can be affected by aspects outside their control, such as third-party service delays, weather, traffic, government interventions and delivery location. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please Contact Us with your order number. If you have any questions regarding our products or delivery terms then please contact us first, as once you place your order we will not be able to change anything. Our courier will contact you with delivery details closer to the time. Don’t worry if you’re not in, the parcel can be left in a safe place. Orders over 24kg may be packed into more than one box and thus may be delivered in more than one delivery. If an item is refused by the customer at point of delivery then a return to sender charge of £15 per item will be deducted from the value of the original purchase price and a refund issued for the remaining balance.
We are committed to giving you the best possible product at the best possible price with excellent service. Any
product purchased from our website that is found to be
damaged in transit or is not the product actually ordered then please refuse to accept delivery
of the entire or damaged part/s of the consignment. The carrier will
automatically return the relevant item/s to our warehouse completely
free of charge. Within 48 working hours, we will either replace the
consignment (or the damaged part/s of it) or issue a full refund for the
returned item/s.
If you find that you have made a
mistake in placing your order then we will endeavour to try and amend
your order providing we are notified immediately. All orders made before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be despatched that day and no
amendments or cancellations can be made after the order/despatch
deadline has been reached as your order will already be packaged and
awaiting collection by our courier. Any goods that have been dispatched and
are already in transit (or have been delivered) will be refunded at the
retail price less any shipping costs.
In the event of a customer purchasing products from our website by
mistake and through no fault of ourselves, then we will either replace
or refund the product providing the original product is returned to A1 Lawn in an un-used and saleable condition at the
customer’s own expense. We retain the right to refuse refunds on
products that aren’t in saleable condition.
Once the product has been received and checked and found that it is
in an un-used and saleable condition then a full refund of the original
order cost will be made minus the cost of return delivery.
All online, mail and telephone orders are protected by
the Distance Selling Regulations which allow you to cancel a purchase
within 14 working days from day you receive the item/s.
No grass seed returns will be accepted after the 14 day period from point of purchase.
Please note, we reserve the right not to fund the cost of returning
any item/s of correct orders which have been accepted, signed for and
then subsequently cancelled.
