"Wrong product sent to me, despite order confirmation in the same delivery being for ten correct product. Had to be collected for return - promised call to say when it would be collected was not made on the day promised - so I had to chase by phone. Promised re delivery of correct product not received. 4 days after delivery was promised I have had to call again to find it has not yet been sent out - someone has not placed the request for it to go out. Simply unacceptably poor service - I should have gone elsewhere. I still await delivery - now due for two days time. I await it in hope rather than anticipation. "

"My delivery arrived with fertiliser pouring out the bottom of the packaging, opening the box the fertiliser bag had split open in transit probably due to poor packaging and then handling by DPD. I sent an email with photographic evidence only to be completely ignored by the sales team. I sent a follow up email, again, completely ignored. I will never buy from this company again and would also tell others to shop elsewhere."
